This proves they are leading the industry. Apple Watch users now will be able to unlock their iPhone with their Apple Watch. Before this, unlocking iPhone with a face mask was quite challenging. It shows that Apple has taken this problem on a serious note and try fixing the issue in upcoming updates.

If you have a iPhone running IOS 14.5 and Apple Watch running watchOS 7.4 with you, then you don’t have to take off your mask to unlock your phone.
